Each project begins with a consultation to discuss your vision, to understand the site environment and your desired outcomes. It gives us the information to provide a fee proposal for our services. These consultations are typically about an hour and are not charged.

Following the initial consultation, we’ll prepare a fee proposal for your review and approval. It will outline our design services as well as any other aspect of the project you’ve asked us to include – and we’re always available to answer any questions you might have.

Once commissioned, we present mood boards to ensure that we’ve captured the essence of your brief. On approval, we prepare a concept landscape design of spaces and levels. This can be illustrated through scale plans and perspectives if required.

We work with you on the plant palette and project detail. This culminates in a final set of plans and drawings that typically include the scope of works, materials, finishes and lighting along with the landscaping and planting plans and the project schedule.

Over the years, we’ve nurtured reliable relationships with speciality plant nurseries all over Australia. We love the opportunity to source and supply exactly the right plants for your project. Whenever possible, we prefer to be on site to manage the placement and installation of each plant.

Beyond the design, we’re here to help you through the installation process. We collaborate closely with a selection of recommended landscapers and are equally happy to work with your preferred company. We’ll discuss the scope of works with them, review quotes to ensure they are comparable, and assist at all critical points, as needed.
